The faculty of Science in the college includes Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, Mathematics and Home Science departments, offering UG degrees in PCM, PCB, PSM, PSComp, Home Science and Vocational courses. At the PG level, the facilities are available to get M.Sc. in Physics (Electronics), Zoology (Entomology), Chemistry (Organic chemistry) and Mathematics as well. Theoretical knowledge is augmented with practical hands-on experiences by possessing well-equipped UG and PG laboratories in all science departments. By signing MoUs with other organizations and government departments for technical training purposes, we place a focus on training and skill-based technical learning programmes, enabling students to discover greater career possibilities after completing the courses we provide. The departments host scientific seminars and workshops by well-known and competent members of the scientific community and excursion trips to various locations, including, national parks, industries, institutions and organizations devoted to science are also organized occasionally.
