• ThePhysics Department of the Sanatan Dharm College, Muzaffarnagar (Uttar Pradesh), is one of the oldest departments which was established in 1962.The Undergraduate B.Sc. course (annual system) was started on 22-09-1962 and Postgraduate M.Sc. Course (annual system) was started on 27-09-1968. Currently, according to NEP-2020 the department offers six semesters of undergraduate B.Sc. and four semesters of postgraduate M.Sc. Physics (Specialization in Electronics). The intake for the undergraduate and postgraduate programs is 260 and 22 respectively. At Present, there are 1 Professor, 7 Assistant Professors, 1 lab assistant, and 2 lab-Helpers in the Department.
