The Department of Home Science was established in the year 1982/2003. The intake of the department for U.G classes is 80 At present Head/In charge of the department is Dr. Mamta Shyam.

Our Department of Self-Finance

The Department of M.Sc. (Home Science), specializing in Foods and Nutrition, was established in 2015. It has an approved intake of 20 seats and prepares health and nutrition experts for roles such as Assistant Professors, Lecturers, Nutritionists, Dieticians, Food Industry Managers, and positions in Quality Control Departments. The head of the department is Ms. Meenakshi Bhardwaj.
